Our EarlyON Child and Family Centre, located within the Homeward Bound building, provides opportunities for children from birth to 6 years of age to participate in play and inquiry-based programs with an emphasis on Indigenous culture, and helps support parents and caregivers in their roles.  We offer a safe and welcoming environment open to all families, with qualified professionals and quality programs.  Families and caregivers will be able to find support, advice, make personal connections and access a network of resources.

Homeward Bound Daycare

Our Homeward Bound Daycare, located within the Homeward Bound building, provides licensed childcare for 30 children ranging in age from birth to 12 years old, in a Family Age Group Setting.  We have two classrooms with qualified professionals and quality programming that offer inquiry-based learning opportunities for all, following the document, “How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years”, with an added emphasis on Indigenous culture.  The family age group setting allows for the integration of all ages so children can readily learn from each other at their own pace and developmental level.
